I am a one woman micro business & so during busy times it may take longer than usual to process orders, returns & refunds.

Please contact me to discuss any issues with your item.

I can offer returns within 14 days of purchase for all unused items in their original condition.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please contact us for a return authorisation.

I cannot accept returns of customised or made to order items, unless they are faulty.

I will do my best to make sure you are happy!
